Marvel at taste experiences that may seem foreign to us today—flavors that once graced the tables of the nobility. Cook as they did in the Middle Ages and discover the delicious side of history.

Using authentic recipes handed down from noble courts and monasteries, we prepare a four-course feast that takes you on a flavorful journey through time. The recipes, once written down in cloisters and at princely courts, are selected according to the season and are easy to follow—even without prior experience.

Together, we create an extraordinary menu and, at the end of the course, enjoy our dishes at a festively set table—just as guests might have done centuries ago.
