Afterwards\, we head to our trusted butcher – because an authentic Wiener Schnitzel deserves the very best meat. \nTogether\, we embark on a culinary journey through the history of Viennese cuisine. We discover the diverse influences of the crown lands of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and learn how people from Bohemia\, Moravia\, Hungary\, Poland and other regions brought their recipes\, flavours and culinary traditions to Vienna. From this rich diversity emerged the world-famous Viennese cuisine. \nUsing historic recipes\, we cook a seasonal menu together and then enjoy it at our beautifully set table. \nOur Classics\n\nWiener Schnitzel with potato salad\nKaiserschmarren\nApple sauce or plum compote\, depending on the season\n\nIncluded in the Course\n\nGuided walk through Rochusmarket visiting farmers & retailers\nHigh-quality\, regional and seasonal ingredients\nDrinks including prosecco\, wine\, beer and non-alcoholic beverages\nCoffee\nApron for the duration of the course\nRecipe handout including sources\n\nWe are happy to offer vegetarian\, vegan and allergy-friendly alternatives.
