Afterwards\, we head to our trusted butcher – because an authentic Wiener Schnitzel deserves the very best meat. \nTogether\, we embark on a culinary journey through the history of Viennese cuisine. We discover the diverse influences of the crown lands of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and learn how people from Bohemia\, Moravia\, Hungary\, Poland and other regions brought their recipes\, flavours and culinary traditions to Vienna. Cook like in the Habsburg Empire – and experience the flavors of history! \nStep back in time to Austria’s culinary past\, when Vienna was a thriving metropolis attracting people from across the empire. They brought with them the dishes\, spices\, and traditions of their homelands—regions that are now part of former Yugoslavia\, Slovakia\, Czechia\, Poland\, Hungary\, and Ukraine. These influences blended with local customs to create what is now world-famous as Viennese cuisine. \nTogether\, we will prepare a three-course menu just as it would have been served in a 19th-century Viennese restaurant.
