The recipes\, once written down in cloisters and at princely courts\, are selected according to the season and are easy to follow—even without prior experience. \nTogether\, we create an extraordinary menu and\, at the end of the course\, enjoy our dishes at a festively set table—just as guests might have done centuries ago.

They brought with them the dishes\, spices\, and traditions of their homelands—regions that are now part of former Yugoslavia\, Slovakia\, Czechia\, Poland\, Hungary\, and Ukraine. These influences blended with local customs to create what is now world-famous as Viennese cuisine. \nTogether\, we will prepare a three-course menu just as it would have been served in a 19th-century Viennese restaurant.
