The Victorian cuisine
Discover the refined side of 19th-century British cuisine and be amazed by its surprising diversity. Experience the delightful flavors of the British Empire and immerse yourself in the aromas of this fascinating era.
Together with our friends from the KochKulturMuseum, we will prepare dishes that were typical during Queen Victoria’s time. From hearty pies to fruity jellies, we will explore the flavors that made English cuisine so influential. To round off the evening, we will take a culinary journey through the diverse flavors of the former British Empire.
In this course, you will prepare a three-course meal, just as it would have been served in an affluent 19th-century household. We place special emphasis on seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes.
The highlight of the evening will be enjoying the meal together at a beautifully set table.
The course price includes:
- High-quality ingredients (We focus on regional, seasonal, and sustainably sourced products.)
- Beverages (Prosecco, wine, beer, non-alcoholic drinks, etc.)
- Coffee
