Anna & Valentin: a dream team in the kitchen and in private live

Anna Haumer and Valentin Gruber-Kalteis share the love for cooking, nature and craftsmanship. Through their shared passion, the two made it into the TOP 50 of the best Austrian chefs in 2018 (according to Rolling Pin) and received a Michelin star for their work in the restaurant Blue Mustard in the center of Vienna.

Now the two cooking nomads have fledged and once a month they present their creation at Andante.

 

Gourmet evening vs. Brunch

On two evenings a month the top chefs will serve a 6-course menu including wine or juice accompaniment and on selected Sundays there will be an 8-course gourmet brunch.
