We will again immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of bread making. Great workshop for absolute beginners or anybody who shares a passion for simple healty food.

Flour, water, east and salt
you do not actually need anything else to produce a most delicious bread. With the right ingredients, a good technique, very basic skills, and passion for “handcrafted” food, in one sinlge workshop you will learn how to bake a variety of bread for any occasion.
And by-the-way: a home-made bread basket makes a great gift for any party!

Austria’s most typical bread basket
Today we will immerse ourselves into the tradition of typical Austrian bread culture. Hand-formed Semmel (rolls), Mohnweckerl (poppy seed bread rolls), Salzstangerl (crispy bread sticks). In addition we will experiment with wholemeal flour. You will be surprised how easy it is to produce a most delicious bread for any event or party.

Italy meets France
Italian classics such as pizza, focaccia or ciabatta or French Baguette, Pain d’epi and Fougasse?
A great opportunity to expand your culinary portfolio with international assets. Great added value to any dinner, party or barbeque.
